At the top of the page, you can see 2 selectors - with the first one, you select which period’s OKRs should be taken into account (When the checkbox below the dropdown is checked, we’d show you OKRs that are assigned to the chosen period. When it’s unchecked, then we show you all OKRs that are partially in this period (including yearly goals, prolonged goals, etc.) . The second selector allows you to choose which team's progress you’ll see. You can choose multiple teams - then the OKRs and the progress from all selected teams will be added together.
The 2 charts at the top show you the total amount of objectives and key results belonging to the selected teams, in the selected quarter. You can see how many objectives and KRs are in which statuses.

The progress at the top is calculated from each key result that is included on the dashboard, taking into account the relative weight of the key result. This means that objective progress does not skew the overall progress, we don't count it twice. We also respect the weights defined - progress on key results which are more important contribute more to the overall progress. |
