You can export all of your OKR data using our API or create a .csv export.
CSV export
In OKR for Jira it’s very easy to export your OKRs into a .csv file.
There is an “Export” button on the right panel of the OKR overview table.
...
located in the table options menu:
...
After you click on it, a side panel appears.
...
By default, there are 2 options selected. Showing the visual hierarchy of the OKRs (which means that each new level will have a larger indent) and the hierarchy column (containing a list of numbered levels by which you can easily filter the list in a spreadsheet). The exported first 2 columns with hierarchy will look like this.
Hierarchy | OKR |
---|---|
1. | Top-level objective |
1.1. | Sub-objective |
1.1.2. | Sub-objective’s KR |
1.2. | Sub-objective 2 |
If you have any filters applied, you will by default export the current, filtered view. If you’d like to include all of your OKRs, select “export all columns option”.
