  1. Type you JQL query and press Search

  2. Click on Save the query as a filter

  3. Give the filter a name and confirm

  4. The filter is now available in Jira and you can use it in board, dashboard gadgets, Jira service desk, automation etc.

  5. You can use the filter in JQL with the filter='You filter name' syntax
