Displaying issues on the OKR Overview

If you’d like to see the Jira issues you have connected to key results (both manual and automated) directly on the OKR overview structure, you can enable it in the Settings. This will allow you to quickly see the connection between the work being done (including its status) and the OKRs, without having to go into each KR’s detail view or Jira.

In order to do so, go to the app’s Settings → General settings and click on the toggle. By doing so, you will turn this feature on for all people using the app.

Once it’s enabled, go back to your OKR Overview.

Syncing your Jira issues can take up to a few minutes. After the issues are synced, they will be displayed as another hierarchy level underneath the key results:

When the issues are displayed, the OKR search works also for them, so you can easily search for the issues and the KRs they are connected to. You can also see the issues' status (in the Status column) and the Assignee (in an additional column) and filter them by both values.

If displaying the issues is turned on in the settings and the issues are visible for everyone, people can still decide individually if they want to see them or not (for more flexibility). You can find this option to turn on/off the issue visibility for your view only in the Filtering Options:
