After you install JQL Search Extensions, our indexing service needs to go through all the Jira issues. This process shouldn’t take long but if there are many issues in your Jira it may take a few hours. The initial indexing is required only once and any new issues issue changes are reflected in JQL within a few seconds.

Check the status of indexing. If the app status on the Getting started page says that the app is ready to use – the indexing has is finished. Feel free to start using all the JQL aliases and functions! |
