In OKR for Jira, you can set up easily which periods are visible to you and your coworkers in the Period settings.

To navigate to the settings, you need to click on the “Settings” tab and then “Periods” in the side menu.

Inside the settings page, you have 2 sections - Your custom periods and Default Periods.

Your custom periods

In this section, you can edit and manage the custom periods added by you or your coworkers, as well as add a new custom period.

When editing a custom period, remember that the changes will be implemented in all OKR using the period. If you delete a custom period, then all of the OKRs using the period would stop having a period assigned to them.

Default periods

These are the periods generated by default. You can’t edit them, but you can hide all the periods that are not useful to you and just take up space by clicking on the eye icon.

If you’d wish the hidden period to be available in the app again, just click on the crossed eye icon.
