How to edit OKR name?
Hover over the current name. A grey background will appear. Click anywhere in the grey area.
You can edit the text when the blue border appears.
Confirm the change by pressing “Enter” on your keyboard or by clicking the “check” icon.
How to edit information in the info module?
Owner
Click on the current owner and then either start typing in the name or click a on the arrow. You can choose previously chosen people from the list. If the person you’re looking for is not on the list, you have to start typing his name and he will appear underneath.
After selecting a new person, the Owner changes immediately.
Period
You can edit the currently chosen period by clicking on the pencil icon. If you can’t find a suitable period on the list, you can create a new one by clicking on the “+” icon.
After choosing a new period, you then have to choose if you want to move all sub-items to the new period as well in this window that will open.
Start date and Due date
You can change the Start Date and Due Date by clicking on the currently set date. A date picker will open.
Choose a new date and confirm with a “check” icon. If the chosen date will not match the current period, you will have to create a new period. Changing the dates doesn’t update the period dates.
Higher-level objective
You can update the higher-level objective (thus change the OKR hierarchy) by clicking on the pencil icon.
A list of all available objectives will appear. After choosing the right one, you will have to confirm the action in this window that will open. After confirming, the structure will be changed.
Description
You can edit the description by hovering over the description area and clicking on the grey background when it appears.
Now you can edit the description text using the text-formatting functionalities.
Confirm the change by pressing “Enter” on your keyboard or by clicking the “check” icon.
Current value and status
You can set a new current value and a status by updating the KR and a new status by updating the objective. The current value of the objective is calculated based on the progress of all sub-items, so you can’t edit it.

KR start value and desired value
You can update the start and desired values of a KR (which you set when creating it) after clicking a pencil icon located on the progress chart.
Change the values in the window that will open and click “Submit” after changing the values.
Start value is the value with which you start at the beginning of the period. If you start a new project, it will be most likely a 0. For instance, if you plan to reduce the number of bugs in your system from X to Y, then X will be the start value.
The desired value is the value you plan to achieve in the OKR period. If you have a binary goal (to do sth, to learn sth), then the desired value would be either 1 or 100.
Each update on the KR page and objective page
You can edit each update ever posted by clicking on the three-dots menu on the update’s card and clicking on “Edit”.
You can change any data except for the date in the editing window.
After making any changes, click “Post” to save them.
List of connected issues
You can edit issues connected to the KR by clicking on the three-dots menu and choosing “Disconnect issues”.
You can read more on connecting issues to a KR here.
