Problem
The indexing progress bar is hanging for more than an hour
In rare situations, Jira configuration may prevent our indexing service from accesssing issues on your Jira.
Solution
Follow the steps in the App Permissions
Contact our support and make sure to include your Jira URL
Our support team will help if your indexing is stalled.
