KR units

You’re able to set a unit when you’re creating an OKR and change it anytime after it was created. Below you can find all the details needed.

Units available

You can choose from:

  • Numeric

  • Percentage

  • USD ($)

  • EUR (€)

  • GBP (£)

  • BRL (R$)

  • INR (₹)

Setting up the unit

You can set up the unit while creating a KR. Simply choose one of the options available in the dropdown:

Remember that units are available for manual KRs only. Auto KRs are tracked as a number of Jira issues done.

Changing the unit

You’re able to change the unit on the KR page.

The first way to do that would be to click on the pencil icon on the chart. Then, an editing window would appear.

Another way to change the unit would be to click on the 3-dots menu next to the update button and choose the “Change KR unit” option. The same window with editing options will pop up.

If you wish to apply the change to all previous updates, so that the unit change wouldn’t be visible, check the checkbox in the editing window. This would change the unit from the very first update of this KR. Otherwise, the unit would be changed only from the moment of change onwards.
